GENERAL:

Beleza reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Beleza may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

  1. Beleza are unable to supply Goods that we have previously promised to supply;
  2. An event beyond Beleza’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Beleza is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
  3. Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;

 

ONLINE SHIPPING:

PLEASE NOTE OUR ONLINE STORE IS NOT AN EXPRESS SERVICE. Processing times can vary between 7-14 days, and delivery times are subject to Australia Post. Items are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.

Orders will be posted during business hours Monday - Friday.

 

GARMENT PRICING: 

The majority of our garments are imported, and the price stated on our website will be for imported stock, unless stated otherwise in the item's description or product code. 

In the case that you order a garment at the import price, but we find that we only have local-made stock available, you will be contacted to discuss the price increase - added due to an increase in manufacturing costs - and whether you would like to go ahead with your order. 

 

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND DEFECTS:

PLEASE KNOW THAT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES CAN BE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR RETAIL STORES, OR CAN BE POSTED BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE TO OUR HEAD OFFICE FOR ASSESSMENT.

 

REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU:

  1. CHANGE YOUR MIND
  2. ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT
  3. WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAULT BEFORE BUYING THE PRODUCT FOR SALES OR FACTORY SECOND ITEMS
  4. DAMAGED THE PRODUCT THROUGH MISUSE
  5. USED THE PRODUCT AND THE PROBLEM IS A RESULT OF USUAL WEAR & TEAR

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will gladly exchange a product provided that:

  1. The product has not been worn or used;
  2. Proof of purchase (i.e. the receipt) is shown;
  3. The original swing tags have not been removed from the product; (d) the exchange is within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

DEFECTS POLICY:

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Only defects appearing within 6 months of the purchase date will be covered.

We reserve the right to first send the alleged defective product to the Head Office for further assessment, including an examination of its condition & age.

If there is not a major failure with the product, we reserve the right to either exchange or repair the product, or provide a credit note or refund.
