We have a flat rate $8.00 standard postage with Australia Post on any order.
Orders will be posted during business hours Monday - Friday
The majority of our garments are imported, and the price stated on our website will be for imported stock, unless stated otherwise in the item's description or product code.
In the case that you order a garment at the import price, but we find that we only have local-made stock available, you will be contacted to discuss the price increase - added due to an increase in manufacturing costs - and whether you would like to go ahead with your order.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND DEFECTS:
PLEASE KNOW THAT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES CAN BE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR RETAIL STORES, OR CAN BE POSTED BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE TO OUR HEAD OFFICE FOR ASSESSMENT.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU:
A) CHANGE YOUR MIND
B) ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT
B) WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAULT BEFORE BUYING THE PRODUCT FOR SALES OR FACTORY SECOND ITEMS
B) DAMAGED THE PRODUCT THROUGH MISUSE
C) USED THE PRODUCT AND THE PROBLEM IS A RESULT OF USUAL WEAR & TEAR
We will gladly exchange a product provided that:
(a) The product has not been worn or used;
(a) Proof of purchase (i.e. the receipt) is shown;
(a) The original swing tags have not been removed from the product; (d) the exchange is within 14 days of the purchase date.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Only defects appearing within 6 months of the purchase date will be covered.
We reserve the right to first send the alleged defective product to the Head Office for further assessment, including an examination of its condition & age.
If there is not a major failure with the product, we reserve the right to either exchange or repair the product, or provide a credit note or refund.
